Chinas current total on the UNESCO World Heritage List stands at 55, ranking second in the world. UNESCO separates heritage items in

Natural heritage refers to naturally occurring (发生) wonders of the world, such as the Great Barrier Reef in Australia or the Huangshan Mountain in China. These places record the ongoing development of the natural world and are important habitats for many diff

    22、erent kinds of wildlife. Cultural heritage refers to man-made wonders of the world that embrace tradition and culture.
