Summary(30) 教学反思：教学反思： 一、优点： 1. 准备比较充分，美观大方的 PPT 和板书很吸引学生。 2. 以游戏导入的方式既复习了旧知，又激发了学生的学习兴趣， 引起学生的英语学习动机。 3. 运用维果茨基的“最近发展区”理论，看视频前向学生提问， 在他们原有的英语基础上学习英语，让学生跳一跳摘果子。即使学 生不会说完整的英语句子，我也鼓励学生说英语，哪怕是一个单词 也好，让学生敢于犯错，在错误中成长。 4. 创造与生活紧密相关的情境，给学生说英语的机会。 5. 运用思维导图，让学生发散思维，培养学生的思维能力，方 便学生梳理和记忆学习内容。 6. 评价比较具体，能从语音、流畅度和感情方面来评价。 7. 关注学生的情感态度发展，引导学生用英语来表示对别人的 关心，体现了人文关怀。 二、不足之处： 1. 中文的课堂用语较多。课堂用语应该多用英文表达，让学生 用英语来表达英语。 2. 有些学生不敢说英语，我应该提出一些简单的问题，也给英 语基础不太好的学生表达的机会，提高课堂的参与度。 3. 当学生能回答给出的问题时，我应该学会对准备的课堂内容 有一定的取舍，根据学生的反应来灵活调整课堂节奏。 4. 在角色扮演环节，我应该让台上的学生来评价自己的表现， 使评价方式多样化，利于学生的学习。 总之，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，我的英语教学 之路还有很长的一段路要走，我将努力发扬自己的优点，改正自己 的缺点，争取早日成为小学英语名师！
