Purpose(目的)(目的) The crude slop draining system consists of 3 tanks, namely tank 150,151 & 152. These 3 tanks have one common draining line. It
3、 is drained by gravity by opening a drain valve to CPI 225. There is an Agar OW-102 water in oil monitor probe installed on the common line. This is used as a backup should any of the 3 tank probes are not functioning. The line probe or the tank probe on each of the tank, which is line up for draini
4、ng, will trip the drain valve when it detects oil. There is a one-minute time delay for the line probe or tank probe signal to normalise before it trip the drain valve after it has been resetted. 原油污水排放系统由3个罐组成,即150、151和152罐。这三个水箱有一个共同的排水管。通过打 开通向CPI 225的排水阀在重力作用下排放。公共管线上安装有一个琼脂OW-102油包水监测探 头。如果3个油箱

Pre-Calibration Check预校准检查 1.1 Ensure that there is a +/- 12V DC supply to the + AND - terminal of the ID-201 PCB at the probe. 确保探针处的ID-201 PCB的“+”和“-

12、0毫安直流之 间。 1.6 Collect one can of oil and one can of water sample each from the tank which the probe will be installed. Ensure that the probe tip and body does not touch the container body and the container base as this

18、r to the + termianl of the PS201 amplifier and the - probe of the simulator to the I terminal of the PS-201 amplifier. When the probe is fully immersed in water, use R4 to adjust the output to 20mA if fine tuning is required. To confirm if the probe is full
