Fill in the blanks and say Write the two-word verbs from the vocabulary section on the board, e.g. turn on_, turn off_, put away_, etc. Give Ss time to think about words that could go in the blanks. Ask some Ss to go to the board and write the words underneath the blanks. Check each phrases by having Ss make requests, e.g. Can you (turn on)(the radio)? If theres nothing 4 wrong with the requests, have individual Ss answer, e.g. Sure. Ill (turn it on)(now),etc. Step3: Pre-reading activity 1. Show a picture of a bedroom, talk about their bedrooms: Is your bedroom messy?. and what should they do. 2. Talk about the housework they did before and what do their parents often request them do 3.
