(2)复习与巩固句型Whats his/her job? What does he/she do? He/She is .来询问他人的职业。 (3)拓展了解职业的分类。 2.语言技能目标 (1)能根据图片、职业特征、现实情况等正确表达各种职业。 (2)能在口语交际和书面用于中介绍他人的职业。 3.情感态度目标 教育学生能够正面看待各行各业的重要性,体会各行各业各司 其职给城市发展所发挥的作用。 教学过程: Step 1 Warming up 1. Greetings. 2. Have a revision the topic: Unit 5 Occupation Part C. Step 2 Revision 1. Enjoy a song: Who do you see in the song? 2.Review 10 words about occupation: teacher, farmer, worker, singer,player, dancer, cook, nurse, doctor, police officer. (1) Let Ss recall the words. (2)Review them by PPT. (3)Missing words in order to find out the rules: teach+er work+er farm+er sing+er play+er office+r dance+r (4)Make a supplement about : read+erreader clean+ercleaner write+rwriter drive+rdriver (5)Words Game: Boys PK Girls. Find out the word about occupation by using SeeWo. (6)Words Game : Guess and spell. Look at the pictures and guess:Whats the job? And spell it. Step 3 Review Part A and Part B 1. Have a revison about the ways to ask about others occupation. Whats his job? Whats her job? What are their jobs? What does he do? What does she do? What do they do? 2.Role play: Recall the five members jobs. Eg: -Who is this man? -He is Sallys grandpa. -What does he do? -He is a farmer. 3.More oral communication exercises: farmer: A farmer can grow corn/vegetables/fruits/rice. A farmer has many animals/cows/hens/rabbits. cook: A cook can cook for farm workers. A cook can cook delicious food. player: A player can play basketball well./is good at basketball. singer: A singer can sing very well./is good at singing. police officer: Free talk: busy, works day and night, catch the thief 4.Drill. (1)Exercise: P41 Listen and connect. (2)Exercise : P40 Learn to write. Step 4 Classify the occupation 1.Learn to say the chant: Im a worker. 2. Classify the occupation. The way to classify them depends on the map: A. Farming B. Industry C. Servise Industry. Let Ss try to classify them, move the occupation to the right part. Step 5 Consolation 1. Reading: Lizs Family. My family My name is Liz.I am a 10-year-old student.I like singing. My Dad is tall and strong.He is a police officer.Sometimes he works day and night.Sometimes he works on holidays.He doesnt have much time to play with me.My Mom is tall and kind.
