Do you like science?”出示科学教科书,让学生明白 science 的意思,教学 science。 (2)教师说:“We can learn so many things at school,such as English,Chinese and science.They are all about school subjects.”揭示并板书课题:Unit 3 School Subjects Part B Step 2 Review 1.师生自由对话,如: How are you? What day is today? What do you often do at school? Do you like English? 2.复习七个有关学科课程的单词。 (1)教师出示单词卡片,学生快速说单词。 (2)请学生齐声朗读韵律诗“Do You Like English?” ,再请学生把韵律诗中的 “English,Chinese,science”换成“math,PE,music,computer,art”朗读一遍。 3.复习 We have.class this morning.句型。 (1)出示当天的课程表,请学生用 We have. .说一说当天的课程。 (2)游戏Show me. 游戏规则 1:请全班学生拿出所学科目的所有课本放在桌上,教师说:“Show me your English books.”全班学生快速举起英语书并说:“This is my English book.We have an English class this morning.” 游戏规则 2:教师将所有课本摆在讲台上,请两位学生上台站在讲台前,教师用口型或指 着黑板上的单词来提示学生发指令,两位学生要根据指令快速抢到相应的课本,拿到课本 的学生则要说:“This is a/an.book.We have a/an.class this morning.”说对的学生所在的小 组可以加分。 Step 3 Presentation (一)句型教学 1.教学句子:I like science class. (1)教师说:“It is.today. We have an English class this morning.I like English.Do you like English?”引导学生用“Yes,I do.”或“No,I dont.”回答。 (2)教师说:“I like English.What about Lily?What does she like?Lets watch the video.” (3)教师播放课文录音或教学光盘,让学生初步感知课文,并回答问题。引出句子“I like science class.”的教学。 2.教学句子:Its very interesting. (1)教师问:“Why does Lily like science?” 教师让学生翻开课本第 18 页,请学生自读课文,找出答案,再教学句子“Its very interesting.”和“Our teacher Ms.Lin is very interesting,too.” (2)教师出示单词卡片 interesting 并教学。 知识拓展:an interesting teacher,an interesting story,an interesting book 等。也可出示单词 beautiful,进行对比操练。 (3)出示单词卡片 Ms.并教学。 Ms.意为“女士” ,不特别说明婚否,现在较为常用;Miss 意为“小姐” ,常用来表示未婚 女性;Mrs.意为“太太” 、 “夫人” ,表示已婚女性;Mr.意为“先生” 。学生可以用“Mr.+姓” 或“Miss/Ms./Mrs.+姓”来分别称呼男、女教师。教师出示单词卡片:Mr.,Mrs.,Miss 进 行对比操练。 3.教学句子:Do you have a science class this morning? Yes,I do./No,I dont. (1)PPT 上出现课文的第一幅图,教师说:“Lily likes science class.But what happened?Lets watch the video once again.” (2)请学生再次听课文录音或观看教学光盘,引出句子“Do you have a science class this morning?”和“May I use your science book?”及其答句的教学。 (二)课文巩固运用 1.请学生翻开课本第 18 页,教师播放课文录音或教学光盘。 2.教师出示以下三个句子,请学生听录音后判断正(T)、误(F)。 (1)Lily likes science class.( ) (2)Ms.Lin is very interesting.( ) (3)They dont like Ms. Lin.( ) 3.教师通过多种形式指导学生朗读课文第 18 页的 Listen and follow.部分。 4.情感教育。 教师说:“We should love all courses.They are very interesting and useful.” (三)巩固练习 1.完成课本第 19 页的 Ask and answer.部分。 (1)教师出示课本第 19 页的课程表,请学生看第一行的 Mon.,Tue.,.,猜一猜是什么意 思。 (2)教师出示有星期缩写形式的日历,请学生看一看,并找出缩写词的规律:对应星期单词 的前三个字母加句点(Thursday 例外,它的缩写形式是对应星期单词的前四个字母加句点) 。 (3)请学生两人一组合作,完成问答练习。 2.完成课本第 21 页的 Listen and tick.部分。 听力材料: A: Hi,Lily. Im not good at it. 3.完成课本第 20 页的 Learn to write.部分。 (四)语音教学 1.复习字母 w 在单词中的读音。 2.学习字母 y 在单词中的读音。 (1)教师播放课本第 19 页的 Listen and learn the English sounds.部分, 请学生听音,跟读单词。 语速由慢到快,可全班读、小组读或个人读。 (2)学生自主读单词,思考单词中的音和形的共同点:都有字母 y。 (3)教师再出示几个含有字母 y 的单词,如:yard,young 等,让学生尝试读一读。 3.游戏投篮。 游戏规则:教师将含有 w 和 y 的单词卡片按照上、下、左、右的位置贴在黑板上,中间的 位置贴一个篮筐,请两位学生上台。教师说/w/或/j/,两位学生要大声朗读单词,并快速将 单词卡片取下“投入”篮筐。 Step 4 Extension 综合活动:快乐拼拼看。 教师将表示星期的七张单词卡片放在讲台桌上的左边,表示学科课程的七张单词卡片放在 讲台桌上的右边,每组请一位学生上台,教师随机从左右两边各抽出一张卡片并展示给全 班学生看。全班学生用“Do you have.class on.?”提问,台上的学生根据本班的课程表用 “Yes,I do.”或“No,I dont.”来回答,最先回答正确的学生所在的小组可以加一分。 Step 5 Homework 1.听录音,熟读本课内容。 2.完成课时通中本课的练习。 3.根据本班课程表,自制一张全英文的课程表。 4.完成课本第 22 页的自我评价。
