2、ormation from the guest.The room number;The guests name;The date(time)of extending or changing;For example:“What date would that be?How long will you intend to extend your stay?”3.Search for the room available/needed in the computer4.Comfirm the extending stay or changing room service.5.Ask for the payment.6.Form relative record into“Opera”and ask guest to fill relative form.7.Express best wishes to guest.Key points:Receptionist has to introduce a new room to guest if there is no room available including room type/room rate/location.
