3、hem clearly.8.Give the receipt to the guest and thanks for his/her cooperation.Key points:Receptionist has to tell the exact exchange rate to the guest very clearly since the exchange rate changes every day.Ask for the guest identification and check it very carefully.Ask the guest to sign his/her name on the exchange memo and let him/her know the importance of the memo.Receptionist has to remember several international credit cards such as AE/AX,MC,VS.
