If we have hurt someones feeling,we will have to say “ sorry ” .4Sometimes we have forgotten something or broken a promise,so we need to explain with the word as a beginning. “Sorry” is such a word that can make people forget wrongs.     10、y are these words magic?They can move people to tears. Also they may give you warmth and strength. They even can encourage people to lead a more meaningful life.
