11、,或随机进行描述。 小组内汇报:小组表演对话 Step4 : Homework Remember the new words and sentences 教学反思: 著名教育学家叶澜说过:“一个教师写一辈子的教案不一定成 为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思可能成为名师。 ”这句话意味深长, 意在强调教学反思的重要性。 我在本堂课的教学中,根据小学生的生理心理特点,紧紧围绕 教学目标,充分利用多种多样的教学模式,让学生在听,说,读, 玩的过程中,乐于动脑,敢于开口,从而达到灵活运用语言的目的。 本堂课中,我也发现了自己教学中的不足以及我今后教学应该 努力的方向。 1.对词汇教学的流程还是把握得不全面。个别学生没有充分操 练单词,在以后的教学中要更好的掌握单词的教学方法,要求自己 师范到位,发音规范,运用多种活泼生动的叫教学方法进行单词的 操练。 2.在课堂中没能做到面向全体学生。在今后的教学中,我会尊 重学生的个体差异,遵循学生的认知规律,面向全体学生,全方位 调动学生的积极主动性,积极性。做到词不离句,句不离景的教学 规律。让学生用所学的知识表达自己的思想感情,从而达到学以致 用的效果。 即使是成功的课堂也难免会有疏漏失误之处,我会对自己的课 堂进行回顾、梳理、并且对其做出深刻的反思、探究和剖析,长期 的积累,必有“集腋成裘、聚沙成塔”的收获。
